About this house rental

This 3-bedroom cottage is situated on the beach side of trendy Pt Elliot, opposite the beautiful Lakala Reserve. The reserve has three ponds, fountains, kids' play equipment, trees, ducks and a market every second Saturday. It is a lovely location to walk the dogs or just enjoy the relaxing views from the house. The beach and local cafes, pubs, book shops and more are a short walk away.

The property has a retro beach house theme and has a contemporary kitchen (with dishwasher), a new bathroom with walk-in shower, and timber floorboards throughout. There is a big deck to the rear of the property (with a gas BBQ) and a porch to the front with a café setting.

Bedding Configuration
3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6 people):
• One BR with 1 Queen bed
• One BR with 1 Double bed
• One BR with Bunk beds (2x Singles)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

Pet Friendly

The backyard is fully fenced. The fence is dog-proof wire fencing and is approx 1.2M high. The backyard is a garden. There is a big park across the road for dogs that love a good run on grass.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Good tv, comfortable bed. Not a very good yard for the dog as no grass, just dirt but fencing was good. View out to park was pleasant but back deck looked onto a shed. House smelt a bit to begin with so had to air the lounge room. No cover for the car and our car got covered in bird droppings so we had to go to Mitre 10 to buy cleaning products. No doggie door.
