4/2 Hutton St, Port Elliot is a neat and tidy townhouse located directly on the cliff top at Knights Beach Port Elliot. The views are simply outstanding and its location is perfect. Sit out on the balcony and watch the surfers at Knights or take in the views all the way back to Encounter Bay and the Bluff. The location means a quick walk to popular Horseshoe Bay, The Strand and local eateries and pubs close by.

The property offers a great family friendly layout or perfect for a couples retreat, its 2 bedrooms and large living areas and balcony is great for entertaining, the property features the following layout:
Upstairs:
Kitchen featuring oven, stove top, large bench space and plenty of cupboards. It offers a great layout through the large picture windows and creates and open plan feel
Dining area which again takes in sea views
Large living area featuring Large LCD TV and DVD player, also an iPod dock and Wi-Fi.
A large balcony which is accessed from the living area is perfect for enjoying a meal or a coffee at any time of the day and is often protected from the sea breeze so a perfect location throughout the whole year

An all round wonderful stay. All the basics covered, a wonderful view and obviously well thought out amenities. The cupboards are a little bit old, so occasionally felt nervous opening them due to old hinges, but overall a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay and the location. Overall the house was clean and tidy however clearly needs maintenance. The bathroom was incredibly small and pokey, shower screen broken and could hardly be moved. No place to put toiletries. Some aspects of kitchen very dated and not functioning well. overall enjoyable but needs a bit of TLC to be hassle-free.
