Summary:
This elevated home has distant sea views and is in a pleasant, quiet location only a short walk to the beach and central shopping district of Port Elliot. The yard is large and is filled with bird-attracting native plants.
There is a renovated kitchen and the living area with ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning is spacious and has good quality comfortable furnishings. The three bedrooms are spacious. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and there is a separate laundry and another toilet. The outside area is fenced and is quite large with a fixed outdoor table under some trees. A BBQ is provided.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has 1 single bed.
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location
* NO PETS

We stayed for 4 days during an Easter break. looking for simplicity. There was everything we needed and nothing in excess. The gardens were gorgeous, the view lovely, it was quiet, the facilities were clean and comfortable and we were close to everything.
