The view was great. You basically can see all three main attractions of KL straight from you window. Also, the pool with the view was very nice, even though you have to play for it.

Mostly, we didn’t like the building itself. It has around 49 floors and only 4 elevators, one was broken. So you usually have to wait for it for a few minutes. Also, the keycard worked very badly, both in the elevators and on the floors. Every time we were in the elevator with some other people, they also had trouble with getting those keycards work to get on their floor. And when you use this keycard to open the door to the apartment, you have to press it really hard, so that you can type the passcode. And then open your door with an actual key. This was so stupid and unnecessary. Also, we had a very noisy neighbor, one night he just came here around 2 am and started to sing. It really felt like there is no soundproof. The apartment itself is ok, though it lacks some kind of decor, and the kitchen is inconvenient to use. Also, there was no welcoming tea/coffee or at least water. Nothing like that. And it also turned out that they have a water heater which needs to be turned on by some switch, which we do didn’t know about. So it would have been much better if they had printed some instructions on how to use the damn keycard, how to open the floor door, and how to turn on hot water. And the fact that they ask for a deposit when you check in is quite disappointing. Firstly, they don’t tell you that information in advance, so you only learn about this when you come to check in. And don’t accept cards, not for deposit, not for the view pool, which is quite weird. Btw, the small grocery store on the first floor is very overpriced.

The host was very kind. His responses and support to my inquiries were very prompt and helpful. The view from the apartment was also very nice. The MRT is nearby, making it a convenient location.

The sofa and cushions were more worn out than they appeared in the photos. We stayed in this apartment for a week, and although we had scheduled for it to be cleaned once during our stay, it was delayed by a few days and only the garbage was collected. We wanted to keep the room clean because we had a young child with us.
