The property was in a convenient location and the room was generally comfortable. The stay was okay overall, but there are some areas that could be improved.
Our booked room was not ready when we arrived, so we were given another room and we were only told about this after we had already done the payment for booking. We had to move the next morning. The bathroom sink cabinet was broken there.
There was confusion about the checkout time, as we were told 12 PM but were later told it was 11 AM. The staff could also improve their communication, room preparation, maintenance, and customer service. Clear and polite communication would make the experience much better. Please make sure the house rules are clear and consistent for future guests.
