Nice stay, good value for money, good facilities, staff responds in good time. Just that they do not provide drinking water, coffee, sugar like in the hotel, we need to boil water ourselves. No Malaysian tv channels. Otherwise all other things are good.

The location and sky pool are great, but unfortunately, my experience with Dormeo Destination was quite disappointing due to poor management by foreigner (they are not rude, but just not professional trained) .
The property seems to be managed in a very impersonal and robotic way. The contact details provided were practically useless, as there was no response to either WhatsApp messages or emails.
The room itself was also disappointing. The room view wasn’t great, and there was an old, mouldy smell in the room. Daily housekeeping is not provided, and even basic supplies were limited — we were only given one roll of toilet paper.
What made things more inconvenient was that there was no internal number to contact the management. Since they did not respond on WhatsApp, we had to take the lift all the way to their office just to make a simple request.
Also the check-out time takes 20 mins, which makes the whole process longer while i was rushing for the next destination.
Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel/property because of the location and sky pool, but I would not recommend booking or staying through Dormeo Destination.
