地理位置很好～酒店阳台的湖景太美了，还看到了日照金山的景象，门口就有公交直达皇后镇，很方便～

The view was gorgeous. Customer service from Harcourts very friendly and responsive, thank you. Beds comfy. Kitchen basic equipped, but we were able to make meals. Right on queenstown trail (closed at the moment) Easy walk to town but bus stop on door step also.
Water pressure in kitchen was an issue. We've advised Harcourts of this so hopefully will be fixed as its hard to clean dishes. Dishwasher makes strange noise between settings. Heat pump wasn't working on arrival. Cold first night but Harcourts had this fixed the next day which made a huge difference. Nice and toasty!

Good location as on a bus route to Queenstown/Lake Haynes/Arrowtown /Frankton. Bus service good and reasonable (especially with a Bee card). Fantastic views of the lake. Very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Quiet and peaceful.
Liked everything really but some improvements would be a)to upgrade the balcony furniture - the benches were rather rickety and not that comfortable (but taking a chair outside was an option). b)Quite difficult to find as the directions did not seem to mention ‘Residence du lac’ which was the main sign at the turning for the drive.
