    The room was reasonably clean but very small. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and hospitable, which made the stay pleasant. The location is excellent if you're traveling by train, but it's not very convenient for guests arriving by car, as there is no parking available. One thing I didn't like was the housekeeping policy. Rooms are cleaned only once every three days, which I found disappointing. Overall, the staff and location were great, but the small room size, lack of parking, and infrequent cleaning could be improved.

    Good value, accommodating staff, and really close to the train station, so going to Haneda Airport is really convenient.

    It's very convenient, the reason I booked this because I dont want to hassle myself in train transfers especially going back to the airport from the hotel. The nearest train station is just 2-3 mins walk from the hotel, so convenient! Also, the facility of this area is really premium, as this area is well known for. The staff are nice and very accommodating.

    Far too expensive for not much value, WiFi didn't work properly, curtains don't block any light and barely block view from the office building across.
