Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff who were incredibly patient with my lack of Japanese language. Room was also a reasonable size, definitely on the smaller size but completely workable for travelling with two suitcases. And the bed was very comfortable and a good size. Pyjamas a bit on the smaller size for a taller person
I would have liked if the rooms had a safe, but honestly the buildings seemed very secure so I didn’t feel sketchy about leaving valuables in the room.

Overall, the check-in and check-out process was seamless. They have self-service counters for that. The staff was polite and nice, greeting when you go in the hotel. My room is non-smoking and its quite quiet when there's no other guests staying around too. Hotel is away from the city centre so it's not noisy.
The thing I don't like in the room was the bathroom whereby there is a step before going to the toilet. It was a little tough for me because my right calf was swollen and pain and I had a little difficulty going to the toilet. Also the room is a little small so would need to consider before booking (if you have a lot of luggages).
