Check-In procedure is always slow comparing with other hotels.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo and I will keep coming back because of the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Getting to the airport is quick and easy. The breakfast is not great but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I look forward to my next stay.

Everything's marvellous, not only all the staff fluent in english but one of them also understood Bahasa (Putri-san). AND, their service just truly beyond onwards. One case, We were in need asking several amenities during close to midnite, they instead delivered it to our room though it was quite cold by themselves. One keyword I always have in mind whenever I heard their hotel is hospitality, without a shadow of a doubt. The view in the room is also one of the top notch (corner). The location is kind of okay, because it's still a 10-15mins walk to nearest station. all in all, 12/10 will surely re book it again next time during our stay around Tokyo. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We've stayed at many hotels during our trips to Tokyo, and this one left us with a very bad impression. The location is definitely good—it's only about a 10-minute walk from Tamachi Station. However, the room was tiny. I booked a Superior Twin Room, which was supposed to be over 19 square meters. But after measuring it, it turned out to be only around 14 square meters, which is a massive difference. On top of that, the cleanliness of the room was concerning; I found an unknown yellow stain on my pillow left behind by a previous guest. Out of all my travels, this was easily one of the worst experiences I've had.
