Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Tamachi

Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, close to the metro station

Very noisy because it's close to the railway. Just like most of the hotels in Tokyo, you can open the window very little for the fresh air, and when you do, it gets very noisy.

We really liked how close to the metro the hotel was located as well as to local food places it was located. The hotel provided great service and the stay was very comfortable. The rooms were a good size especially for other hotels in Tokyo so that was a great plus. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to sight see all around Tokyo all day and then come back to a place that is very quiet with great views. We could even see Mount Fuji from our floor!

I do not believe there was anything we did not like about the hotel.

The room was so nice, very comfortable western bed. TV had lots of streaming options. Bathroom was a good size with great water pressure in shower. Front desk staff very polite and spoke english. Let me use the guest lounge to charge my phone after checking out. Complimentary water already in room. Room had a window!

Room was a bit small for my huge suitcase. Had to use my personal logins for streaming services to work. Location is far a bit from train station with luggage in tow.

The hotel building itself was nice and the staff were very kind. There was coin laundry available and vending machines which were very convenient.

Room was very small compared to the images. Hotel looked newer on the outside but inside was quite old.
