Staff was excellent, friendly and accomodating

Location . It is close to the staton. Onsen was wonderful

The room was small The view from the window was disappointing The bathroom area was cheaply made They only had paper cups and instant powder coffee

Room size and space

Chose the hotel due to the location from the airport which was a 30 min drive and had parking (which was very complicated to pay on exit and staff couldn't help). Opposite the train station so very convenient to travel around. Very much a business area. Breakfast was good and the rooms very clean. Bathroom very clean with a bath and shower. Kettle in the room, we took our own tea bags/coffee/milk sachets as none in the rooms - coffee sachets available in reception though.

Rooms are very very tiny, no floor space in the room or anywhere to store luggage so we had to our put luggage on the bed to get dressed as no room in the bathroom to dress either. It was the size of a single bedroom with a double bed against the wall so you need to climb over your partner if you need to get out as no space around the bed. You cannot open the windows for air and our view was the escape steps to the next building so no view. Staff speak no English whatsoever so it was all through Google translate. We struggled with the car park exit using the machine which is not owned by the hotel, you get a discounted ticket to exit but we managed to work it out ourselves as staff couldn't help when the instructions on the pay machine wouldn't translate. Parking is 3000 yen per 24 hours which was reasonable though, without this is would be 20000 yen. The viewing area on 21st floor is disappointing, a small enclosed area and very steamy as next to the outdoor ventilation pipe system so not worth going. It was not the best stay for an overpriced 3 nights.
