Comfortable family stay

It was very clean and the response time from the management company was swift and efficient.

The back bedroom bed was a bit uncomfortable, it maybe needs a new mattress topper. The kitchen utensils, especially the pots and pans are old and need replacing. Could do with a few more utensils, glasses and crockery. The sofa or cushions smelled of sick or BO, they could do with a clean.

Family Trip to Sheffield

We loved the property. Was very comfortable and well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept really well. We had a great time.

Very comfortable for family of four

Good communication, issue with shower fixed very promptly. Good sized bedrooms, we are a family of four and were very comfortable. Overall the house is a good size. Good household appliances, cooker, iron, washing machine, tumble dryer etc Was good to have a driveway to park the car.

The shower was quite small and the tray often filled with water, not sure if this was related to the leak. Sofas were a little small and we had to reconfigure them a little so we could all watch TV comfortably, but we didn't do this often, so not a big issue. Living room would benefit from a lamp or small light fitting. We used a bedside lamp from a bedroom in the living room so we didn't have the bright main light on all the time. Could do with a new set of cooking pans.

Great comfortable and clean house, rented for the weekend with family to attend a family wedding. Modern decor, well equipped kitchen and clean and comfortable beds. Easy Comms with the manager and clear instructions for arrival.

Nothing really the house was lovely and perfect for what we needed it for. Only comments would be, perhaps consider a fan as the conservatory made the back of the house extremely hot this weekend. A fan would have been a welcome addition. Possibly consider a lamp in the lounge, as there is only the option to have the main light on, a lamp would make the lounge a bit cosier. The towels provided were lovely quality but a tad small for an adult to wrap round properly. Bath sheet size would be better. Possibly change the direction of the bed in the smallest room so that a small bedside table could be added next to it, for a lamp and somewhere to put a drink. There are only single sockets on the bedrooms. In the main room it would benefit from an extension lead so that when drying hair the lamp and hairdryer could be plugged in at the same time for example. Parking on the drive is narrow. Suitable for small cars only I would say.

Good base for family visiting Sheffield, basic, but clean & tidy and perfect for our needs.

No garden furniture at all, having stayed on a lovely weekend it would have been nice to sit outside, not a major issue as we wasn’t in for long but it would be a good idea to provide a small table and chairs.
