Apparemment propre, avec les équipements dans le descriptif présents. Calme malgré la présence de l'institut.
Peinture à revoir dans la salle de bain. Peut-être préciser que l'entrée se fait par la porte de l'institut.

Un appartement spacieux et confortable, clair, décoré avec goût dans un mélange subtil d'ancien et de nouveau. Le petit plus : le spa situé juste en dessous (moyennant supplément bien entendu), parfait pour un très bon moment de détente. La propriétaire est très réactive, et nous a apporté une couette en plus et un petit chauffage d'appoint pour pallier à la météo exceptionnellement froide de ces quelques jours. Nous reviendrons probablement.
Pas grand chose, peut-être une lampe supplémentaire dans le salon.
