Very clean place, looks exactly like the photo. Fully equipped with kitchen tools and utensils. There's a fridge and microwave well maintained, though the gas stove isn't for use. Good view outside the window and comfy atmosphere. The mattress is comfortable with a good blanket, sufficient amount of pillows, and even provided towels and hangers. There's fast wifi, a movie projector (downloaded movies by owner only), and a little balcony. We loved the place, even though the group is chaotic.
The master bedroom's fan creaks loudly when turned on, so we relied in the aircond for sleep. The master bedroom's bathroom water heater is troublesome, as it is either the cold water, or extremely hot water even though the temperature is set at low. One more thing is the shampoo bottle holder, it can't take the pressure when you pump the bottle without supporting it, though its reattachable.

The place looks just like the photos! The location is super convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance and the beach just 3 minutes away.
Although the building exterior looks a bit old, stepping inside feels just like home—clean, comfortable, and spacious.
The only downside is that at night, a lot of black birds gather on the eaves and windows, so it can be a bit noisy in the morning, but it’s not a major issue.

Большие апартаменты,несколько раздельных спален, классный вид с балкона, во дворе есть бассейн, нормальное местоположение- недалеко пляж, кафешки, магазинчики.
Планировка дома такая, что в подъезде нет крыши. там живут птицы, которые немного мешают. Окна какой то спальни выходят в подъезд. Между квартирами переходы- как мостики. Если что то уронить- лететь будет до 1 этажа. Не идеально чистые душ-туалет. Подниматься на лифте можно только с ключом. Нам на 3-х человек дали 1 ключ. Это было очень не удобно- входить/выходить можно только вместе. Служба уборки после выселения пришла на 10 минут раньше и стояли под дверью. Выезд в 12-00, последние минуты сборов не были спокойными.

Very old appartment… No tv.. have projector only without screen, have to watch in wall… in rooms window no curtains… corridor no lights… night time very scary to go outside
