It was really cozy and comfortable, the beds and sofa are quite nice to rest or sleep on. AC is cool when you need it, the view of Batu Feringghi and the sea was lovely.
The water pressure wasn't that great but it was passable.

Everything was as per the communication and commitments. Property was great. Location and view was amazing, close to a mini beach. Clean, Cool , breezy and sunlit property.
Shops were at a walkable distance. Main beach was at about 7 to 10 minutes drive though. Kind of walkable distance.
We noticed a few cockroaches. Red ants were spotted around the house. But that pretty much could be because of the natural surroundings.

Apartment very tired in need of refurbishment, pool and reception area also needs upgrading
