good location & secured with guards
view at the balcony. can't really see the whole sea due to blocked by other premises and trees. nil iron board found anywhere. one wall power plug didn't work in my room & also the small light at the mirror didn't work

Location is convenient, very clean and amenities provided are well kept after.
Shower drain clogged. Mentioned to host and reassured for immediate response.

Location is good as beach and restaurants are at walking distance.
The rooms were not properly cleaned and gave untidy look. One of the beds were slightly moved in the center and garbage and dust were visible all around. The bed mattress were of sub standard quality. The bedsheets were not clean and also the pillows. The air-conditioners were of inferior quality.thereby causing problems in humid environment at batu ferringgi.
Alot needs to be improved. The owner chose to remain anonymous. Though he was exchanging WhatsApp messages but reluctant to share his name. Alot needs to be improved.
My comments should be taken positively by the property and try to improve living conditions for the guests who after viewing glamorous pictures at booking.com, reserve accommodation.for their family.
