The rooms were clean. Hot water, Wi-Fi, and electricity were available.

We booked this property for 8 guests, but the stay was far from what was advertised. The bathroom drain was clogged and water would not go down properly, which made it very difficult to use. Basic necessities were missing — no handwash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, or even dishwashing liquid was provided. The BBQ facilities, which were stated as available, were unusable. They were left outside in poor condition with water sitting in the charcoal, which was very disappointing given that this was one of the features we were looking forward to. The caravan was listed as 3 bedrooms with a sofa bed. However, no bedsheets no pillows or extra duvet were provided for the sofa bed, even though we had clearly mentioned there would be 8 people staying. Overall, the property did not match the description or the promised amenities. This caused a lot of inconvenience during our stay and left us very disappointed, especially given the cost.

Very disappointing compared to what we expected.

The size and layout of the caravan; the TV was excellent; the site itself had good facilities.

The found the caravan as the previous occupants had left it when we arrived - unclean, old bedding, etc and we had to contact the owner to get this done; we were given a £50 credit. However, even then, we thought the standard of cleanliness was below par, e.g. windows, carpets, table, surfaces, cutlery, saucepans, etc. There was no tea towel, scourers, washing-up liquid, surface cleaner, sink plug, ice cube tray or draining rack for dishes; no hand towels (only large bath towels), no shower mat and only one bathroom sink plug. The whole caravan is looking a bit tired and uncared-for, with loose fixings, etc, possibly because it's the end of the season (?)

The best place to stay if you visit Durdle or Bournemouth

I like everything, the place was nice and clean, the area very quiet, the position of the location is good, you can go easily at Durdle Door or Bournemouth and after you can relax in a place without city noise! Definitely I will come back!

Absolutely stunning place to stay, spotlessly clean and tidy. It was raining the first day so we played the board games that were available until it eased off. The caravan is only a short walk to the beach and to the amenities, outdoor seating area on a veranda was available but we didnt get to use it due to poor weather. I think everything we needed was catered for by the hosts. We will hopefully be back in the future to stay again. Also enjoyed the prosecco and chocolates lovely touch!

I loved it as it was great memories for us. One of our party was 6"2' and so the bed was too short for him, but having stayed in chalets before I know this is normal

The Wi-Fi was not setup yet The owner said it will be setup by 3rd April Check and confirm this before travel if you need Wi-Fi as the network is not too great there
