Location is fantastic! Disneyland is very easy and quick to reach. Train station is a few minutes away where you can park the car for the whole day at 5euros. Train brings you into centre Paris in 35 min and costs 5euros. Arnaud is a great host and his property is stunning. In a hot day you can use the swimming pool and if you have kids the garden has all sort of entertainment like trampoline, swings etc. House is clean and very organised, TV with Firestick and subscription to Netflix and others.
I guess the only thing that was uncomfortable was the outdoor kitchenette, but you can live with it. In summer is great, but in winter could be a struggle.
It’s worth mentioning that the bathroom doesn’t have the door. Bring insect repellent as there are loads mosquitoes!

l'emplacement était sympa. Résidence tranquille. Propriétaire discret. le logement était très propre. l'accès au logement derrière la maison était bien éclairé la nuit (en automatique).
la cuisine en extérieur, pas top avec limitation dans la durée de cuisson des aliments. Du coup le temps maussade n'a pas permis d'utiliser la piscine, dommage. Logement trop exigu pour notre âge avec escalier raide et salle de bains minuscule + sanibroyeur wc (vu le bruit nous avions peur de tirer la chasse d'eau tard le soir ou la nuit).
