Off street parking space with an outdoor standard wall outlet where we could plug in our electric car. The apartment had everything we needed including a sofa bed for up to four people and a well equipped kitchen. The owner lives upstairs and provided soft drinks and coffee and tea. It was a record heat wave and there was no AC but the apartment did not feel hot because of shading over the windows. A patio area to eat outside in the shade.
No closet in the bedroom. Only limited space to hang up clothes. There is a dresser.

It had everything and more that you would want. Clean, warm, comfortable, great amenities, sound proof and in a quiet location. Just a 35min train to Paris.
Nothing. It was perfect and had everything.
