Very well taken care of. Close to bus and trains to make the trip to Paris or Disney land. Easy to navigate. We did drive to several other great sites as well. The only negative is wifi it is not good.

We are warmly welcomed.House was equipped of all what we needed during our stay. It's quite and far from busy city. We took train near the place to Paris and it was perfect.Host helped us our way there. A WiFi connection would be a good addition but everything was nice. Super!

We traveled with 3 adults and two kids (10&2) the house is very nice and lovingly furnished. It is small but cosy and everything you need is available. Sylvie is a very friendly host. We enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us for our Disney Christmas. The photos of this house do not do them justice. Its beautiful and homely with great attention to detail. We got the ferry to Dieppe and took us just over 3 hours to reach the house. Disneyland was just a 20 minute drive. The train station was less than 10 minutes away with regular trains into Paris. There were two Supermarkets again around 10 minutes away and 15 to 20 minutes drive was a large shopping centre. We stayed as a family with 2 teenagers and a 4 year old and they all loved the house. Thanks again X

On arrival we were met and showed around the immaculately clean accommodation by the owner. The small kitchen had everything we needed for the week including a microwave that is also a grill and conventional oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster and fridge with small freezer area. We visited Disney which is an easy 20 minute drive with no traffic and about 30 minutes at worst during rush hour. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay for 1 week. Visited Disneyland, only 20 minutes by car, which was great for us. Would stay again for sure, had everything we needed, comfortable bed and all the facilities. Very nice Boulangerie in Guerard, approx 15 mins walk away. Merci!!

Great property for families in small village with authentic and friendly French locals. Probably need a car to explore but there is a train station and bakery a long walk away. Great local cheese available up the road on Thursday afternoons. We did trips to Disneyland and Parrot World by car, and into Paris on the train which worked well. Would stay there again.

Beautiful property with everything you could wish for provided! Stunning apartment, immaculately clean, easy parking, great directions and information from the owner. Local bakery 5-10mins drive away for delicious croissants and baguettes. All bedding provided was very comfortable, and we appreciated the table and chairs for being able to all sit round, eat and play games on. Would go back tomorrow! Many thanks for a lovely stay.

We made a trip to Disneyland and the flat is really close to it, so it was perfect. The flat looks like on the pictures, it’s really cute. Sylvie was very nice and helpful.

Great experience. We had a great stay. Unexpected air conditioner was a nice feature. Self-service property is comfortable and family of 5 worked well. Very quiet nice village. Great accommodation to visit Disneyland. Just about 20-25 min drive to Disneyland. And about 10 min drive to big grocery store.

Lovely Cottage

This was our second visit to this beautiful cottage. It’s well equipped, comfortable and in a quiet village. Sylvie is lovely and welcoming as are the neighbours. Everything you need is in easy reach of the cottage and there’s a lovely walk through the woods to the neighbouring village where you will find the river, a lovely children’s playground and a small selection of shops - ideal for buying your fresh bread. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - it really is a gem. We look forward to returning for a third visit in the future

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gite. Sylvie was lovely and kept in contact with us from the minute we booked our stay to the day that we left. She was extremely helpful and gave us a good tour of the gite and told us where everything was and how to use everything in the gite before leaving us to enjoy our holiday. We knew if there was anything that we needed to ask, we just had to call her. The gite was cosy, clean and tidy and in a charming location. Peaceful but close enough to shops and supermarkets. An ideal base to visit Paris, Parc Asterix or Disneyland. Sylvie told us places to visit whilst we were there on holiday also. The gite is very well equipped and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We would highly recommend this gite to anyone including friends and family visiting France. We had the most wonderful stay. The cottage is absolutely stunning and perfectly well equipped for a beautiful relaxing getaway. Sylvie was superb and very welcoming even though we arrived a little early due to boarding the euro tunnel earlier than expected. The location was incredible, peaceful and relaxing yet only a short journey in the car from supermarkets, high streets and various attractions within a 30 minute drive. We missed being able to relax in the bath after a long day walking and sight seeing but nothing that would stop me from returning and staying again. Thank you Sylvie for having us stay and we look forward to seeing you again 💖�

Clean and welcoming cottage set in a courtyard with friendly neighbours and Sylvie was most helpful. It has everything you could need and comfortably accommodated 5 people for a week. There are some lovely walks and it’s a quick and easy drive to Disney. We would love to return.

As a family of four with 2 teenagers we initially needed a place to recover from jet lag upon arrival. Sylvie had everything set up for us and gave us info about easy shopping close by so we could get our supplies. She even came to rescue for me after I fried my flatiron by naively using it with converter. I asked her where to buy a new one and she gave directions for that and a couple of types of irons appeared on our front door to borrow. As a person who does NOT have wash n go hair this was an wonderful gesture and so appreciated. Sylvie had written down some recommendations for places to visit so after Vaux le Vicomte and Paris we started going to her places. Meaux for the new modern Musee de la Grand Guerre. It was amazing... we arrived just as the school groups were leaving and enjoyed the museum almost to ourselves... a wonderful change from the Lourve day before. Museum had great artifacts and just enough in english so we felt we got a lot of info (unlike the Lourve which seems to only have English translation on the major works). Medieval town,Provin and we also visited the Camargue when we went on to Provence. All great choices for us, so thank you Sylvie.

We booked 8 nights here over the February holidays and had a perfect stay. There were 2 adults and 2 children (4 & 5). The owner was really friendly on booking and arrival and also helped with the local weather conditions as it had been snowing heavily before our arrival. The gite was perfectly clean, as described and had everything we needed. It was really cosy and we never felt cold in the house. One night we lit the log burner but ended up too hot (our fault). We cooked several meals in the gite and made use of the actifry. The main purpose of our stay was Disneyland which was an easy 20 minute drive away. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families.

Lovely little place to stay, ideal for travelling ot Disney land Paris. The train to paris is a good 30 minute drive away though so that might be an issue however Disney is 20minutes Drive. There aren't anyshops close by but 10-15 inute drive is a lovely little town with all supermarkets etc. The place was lovely and quaint, clean and welcoming however too small for us 4 adults and a small baby. There isn't really a bedroom, a thin narrow stair case leads to a masionette type bedroom with a curtain as a door and a window with a curtain over looking the living room. The living room has a sofa bed in it for the other 2 / 3people so very little privacy as one whole room for 5 people with no doors. The narrow stairs very dangerous as literally like a ladder up to the slanted roof bedroom so please be warned if elderly or with a baby.

The property has everything that you need for a short break. It has a coffee machine, but no kettle. Situated in a very quiet location which is great if you want peace and tranquillity. It is close to Paris and to Disneyland. Nearest shops are about 4km away. We really enjoyed our stay, the owner was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It was clean and well appointed.

This is a beautiful property that is very clean and well maintained with high quality fittings, and excellent heating for those cooler nights. The property is in a very quiet and peaceful village but only a short distance from Disneyland Paris, and to train links into Paris, so it a great place for peace and relaxation after a hectic day. There are supermarkets within 5 minutes drive also. I will return to this property and will be recommending it to family and friends.

Very nice cottage

Very nice cottage

We would like to thank you for the nice stay we had in your cottage. Not far from Disney , so verry well positioned. Our children aged 16 and 7 even liked it. Good hous to stay with a family. Nice reception from the owner on arrival, good explanation of the cottage and surrounding area. Cottage is clean, is very complete and a nice place to stay. We can recommend it, stayed there for 4 days.
