Location was good and it was clean.
This 'apartment' was originally the living area of a bungalow. There are two other units and only a partially locked door between us and other guests. The apartment is not suitable for 3 adults, and should only be considered for a couple (IMO) or couple +1 child. The fold-down bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were contacted by the host inquiring if everything was OK and if we could be sure leave a good review. We responded with our concerns, but it made no difference. A bit of openness would have helped and if we had known what we know now we would book somewhere else. It was also a bit expensive at ~$900NZ for one night.
