Star rating: 3/5 Review: I stayed at Little Rock in Lake Tekapo. The 1‑bedroom apartment is nicely laid out and fully functional, with useful amenities including a washing machine, microwave, fridge and stove. The place was clean, and the bed and heater were comfortable. Wi‑Fi initially was not working, but after I complained the manager promptly brought a Wi‑Fi box and the connection was restored — appreciated the quick response. However, check-in was frustrating: I only received the key retrieval code after I arrived, which meant I had to call and message the owner. The listing also stated private parking, but only street parking was available. That parking discrepancy significantly affected the stay for me, so I’ve deducted a star for that issue.
Overall, a decent 3‑star property if the host can improve check-in communication and clarify parking.

The property needed some repairs and cleaning. Shower mixer handle came off when using. Kitchen light was not working. BBQ was dirty so didn't use.
