The location is excellent, very near the harbor, the heart of the city.
Despite a quiet neighborhood, the phonic isolation between apartments is not that good.

The location of the flat was perfect and the flat was cute and charming
The keys were a bit hard to access the two locks were hard to get the combination right. The common areas of the building were filthy and that wasn’t very pleasant and inside rhe flat the bathroom didn’t feel very clean and the bed was a sofa bed which felt grotty.
