About this apartment rental
You’re going to love staying with us—it’s a really charming one-bedroom apartment right in the heart of Le Panier, tastefully decorated in vibrant colors with a touch of authenticity (exposed beams, traditional Provençal ceramic tiles, spaces pleasantly punctuated by studio-style glass walls)
The apartment
As lovers of interior design, the art of living, and hospitality, we’ve spent a lot of time crafting this space.
The magical touch? A beautiful painting of Brigitte Bardot by Gat, an artist from Marseille whose graphic style echoes the famous street-art-style cat that adorns the opposite wall and is visible from the apartment’s window.
Bedding
—one 140 cm bed, perfect for a couple or a single person.
We provide:
- soft white percale sheets
- bath towels
Apartment amenities
- Nespresso coffee maker
- a hair dryer
- an iron and ironing board
- There is no air conditioning, but a large fan is provided
Location
The apartment is located on a pedestrian street in the beautiful and traditional Panier neighborhood, which inspired the hit TV series “Plus belle la vie.”
You’ll be ideally located and close to everything Marseille has to offer:
- 5-minute walk from La Major Cathedral
- 10-minute walk from the Old Port
- 10-minute walk from the MUCEM
- 35-minute walk from Notre-Dame de la Garde (but it’s a steep climb!!)
- Just a few minutes’ walk from several restaurants and bars
- Close to several supermarkets
And a 20-minute walk from Saint Charles Station and 10 minutes from the Joliette (L2) and Vieux Port (L1) metro stations, as well as the tram and several bus lines!
Parking
Since the neighborhood is entirely pedestrian-only, there is no parking available in front of the apartment, but there are several secure, paid parking lots nearby:
- Indigo République Parking: 7-minute walk
- Indigo Vieux Port MUCEM Parking: 7-minute walk
- Q-Park Vieux Port Hôtel de Ville Parking: 8-minute walk
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: at 11:00 AM
Arriving earlier or checking out later is possible upon request, but this incurs additional fees since it requires us to adjust our cleaning schedule and hire an extra person to assist us.
Your luggage
We are unable to store your luggage before check-in or at check-out.
Please note: The apartment is located on the first floor of a small, well-maintained family-owned building
Guest access
You have exclusive access to the entire apartment. And if you need anything, we live right next door.
