This little place has everything you need to stay comfortable during a beach getaway! Beds were comfortable, very clean, amazing location, fenced yard was awesome for our fur babe. And even supplied clean up baggies!! We would certainly return in the furture! Thank you Sandy Toes!
Could have been operating error, but i think the propane was empty for the fire pit. No biggie otherwise.

We loved the nice fenced back yard for our dogs and the closeness to the beach. The property provided a lot of amenities such as beach gear, doggie bags outside and the propane fire pit.
The fire pit was a bit of a challenge, I think the knob needs replacing but we got it to work and did s’mores.

Very easy code, we had no problems. The property was within walking distance to food. Very close to the beach, you could hear it in the front of the house. I liked the back yard. Didn't use the fire pit because it was too hot. I thought the beds were comfortable, very firm. However, if you like a softer bed like my husband he didn't care for them much. Kitchen was nice with modern appliances. Close to the historic district for some shopping.
If you are going to go to relax and not do much, we were moving our kid into college so it wasn't a vacation necessarily, the living room could have been more comfortable for hanging out and watching movies.
