The home is very modern, beautifully decorated and was immaculately cleaned. It was thoughtfully stocked with the basic essentials, down to doggy bags in the backyard. The location is great, just a short block to the beach, there are stores, a couple of restaurants and ice cream all within walking distance and just a short ride to Flagler Ave.

Super clean, like new. Renovation is very upscale and tasteful - has a "homier" fell than the photos show.
Needs a light at rear door area, solar motion light would be perfect!
