This one-of-a-kind 2 bed, 2 bath nautical-themed home is full-featured and exquisitely decorated with custom local art pieces throughout. From the modern fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with coffee bar, to the spacious and beautifully appointed private fenced yard, Sandy Toes is sure to put you in the beachiest of moods for your stay in NSB!
A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of dwelling. Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at the front door.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.
This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. If traveling with dogs, please be sure to select the "I am traveling with pets" checkmark when booking.
Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

Great location and yard for dog. Home was relatively clean. If I had suggestions it would be for a hamper/basket to hold towels since we were asked to start a load when leaving. Easier to transport them to outside laundry area. Also a full length mirror would be great since I had to use the TV screen to check out what I was wearing. All in all, a good experience.

Great overall experience! House was easy to access via an instructional email ahead of our check in. The house was very clean and neat and cozy for our stay. Perfect amenities like a Keurig- fire pit- washer/ dryer - and all the toiletry and laundry essentials. Backyard was private and a great space for us to relax with our dogs. Beach was just a quick walk across the road. Been vacationing in NSB all of my life and this was like a home away from home. *Mattress are very firm- just something to keep in mind.

Excellent location, great enclosed backyard for the dog and privacy, recently remodeled with updated appliances. We were there a month and the home was welcoming and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
