Pleasant stay in Blois

The venue is 10 min walk from Blois train station, easy starting point to Chambord, Cheney and Chaumomt.

The 5pm checkin time may give me a second thought.

Enjoyable stay.

Basically two separate bedrooms rented out. Apartment is large. Mini fridge and small table in very large bedroom. Cleaner does a good job. Close to station, local bus stop and very close to supermarket. Catch a local bus to various local castles. Or walk to one. Pretty town. Key was supplied onsite in time to check-in, then left onsite. Washing machine.

I had some trepidation not knowing what to expect as there are not many onsite photos, yet it was totally unfounded. I couldn't work out the coffee machine. User error I'm sure. If you are from far away, be aware that door locks may be different and require, say two rotations, not one and some jiggling. This is common here! I couldn't find the light getting out of the elevator into the dark.

A very good deal for the money

Given the price of the accommodation I think you can forgive the shortcomings. It's not that far a walk from the station and it's a very beautiful little town. The host is very willing to provide whatever he can.

It would be nice to have a place to hang clothes after washing. The kitchen was in quite a mess. There are many ways to make coffee but with all the stuff on the counters it was a little confusing. I think he should simplify the kitchen by putting some of the stuff in the cupboards to make it easier to work.

Value for money and a pleasant surprise after hostels in France.

Elevator, large shower and large room. None are the norm in France. Close to Blois-Chambord Station. Can catch the cheap local bus to and from Chambord Castle (number 2 from the bus station a little past the main train station). Same for many other castles. There is even one in walking distance - stay on the same road for the least hills. I got three of four nights with the other available room free. The other guest on my first night was very pleasant. Mini fridge in my room made storing food from shopping at the supermarket across the road easy and saved me money. Housekeeper dropped by some days to do linens for departing guests and preparation for new guests. Clear instructions for getting in. Bus stops outside.

Had to jiggle the front door a little as the neighbour suggested. Obviously, I liked it all. Thank you.

A wonderful night in the French countryside in a comfortable and reasonably priced apartment.

The apartment is much newer, bigger, more modern than I imagined. In the middle of a cold January, the apartment was very warm and brought us comfort and enjoyment. It has everything we need: kitchen with fridge, oven, cookwares, coffee machine, washing machine with drying mode, bathroom is very comfortable, bedroom is warm and spacious.... Reda is one of the most enthusiastic hosts I have ever met. He did not hesitate to pick us up late at night, then took us to Chambord castle and to Blois station at early morning. He enthusiastically guided us through all the appliances in the house and greeted us with a rare hospitality.

It would be great if there is a hair dryer here for those who want to wash their hair late at night.

Belle expérience, je recommande

Proche de la gare SNCF (et donc gare navette aussi), 5 minutes à pied, c’est très pratique si vous venez pour visiter les châteaux ou le zoo. Chambre super grande, ça fait presque largeur de 3 lit double, et il y a un petit table et un petit frigo dans la chambre, vous pouvez manger dans la chambre. Petit balcon sans vis à vis si vous voulez prendre un peu d’air. SDB très grande aussi (5-6 ㎡ je crois), et toujours propre. Cuisine partagée bien équipée. Et il y a un petit frigo dans la chambre que pour vous Le propriétaire est sympa sans trop présent, j’ai un peu inquiété le début en lisant certains commentaires, mais en fait la pièce de vie du propriétaire et la chambre loue sont séparés par couloir. Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, il réagit vite

Matelas est un peu ancien, je sens les ressorts (j’ai bien dormi quand même)

Холод и сырость

Чистота. Плотные темные шторы. Широкая кровать. Есть холодильник в комнате.

Я абсолютно не понимаю откуда такой балл у этого места. Условия не подходили для проживания, особенно совместного. Дикий холод и сырость в комнате. НЕТ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ СОГРЕТЬСЯ. Центральное отопление еще не работало, но на улице было в районе 10 градусов тепла, однако нет ни кондиционера, ни обогревателя. НИЧЕГО. Ах да, хозяин отправит тебе сообщение о том, что одно из правил квартиры - снять обувь и оставить ее у входной двери, то есть тебе нельзя в комнату в ней. Он обещает в том же сообщение дать тапки, однако на просьбу дать их, он сказал, что они в стирке. Пол ледяной, везде. Ни в ванной ни в туалете нет ковриков. Это было просто отвратительно ходить по ледяному полу и спать в холодной и сырой комнате, у меня после этого появились все симптомы простуды, которые только есть. Помимо этого вода была холодная, теплой просто не было, обнаружил я это ночью, было очень приятно. Только на утро я понял, что листок в ванной комнате, где хозяин написал рукой крайне сложно читабельный текст на английском языке ( я его приложу ), с инструкцией о том, что надо делать с бойлером, чтобы он забаработал. Вместо того, чтобы это в личных сообщениях нормальным текстом предупредить заранее. Летом вероятно в комнате пекло, так как нет, опять же, кондиционера. Шумоизоляции нет просто никакой абсолютно. Вы слышали абсолютно каждый звук из туалета через несколько дверей. Так же вы слышите прекрасно все, что происходит в соседней комнате. То есть вполне вероятно, что с утра вас разбудит деятельность других жильцов. Так случилось с моей женой. В комнате нет даже вешалки. Это буквально просто комната в квартире, где есть кровать, стол, холодильник и общая ванная комната. Для меня загадка почему за это предлагается заплатить практически как за полноценный отель в том же городе. Зачем оно вам? Хорошо подумайте.

离火车站很近，有厨房可以做饭，房间整洁干净，对面就是个大超市！房东人也很好，退房以后还可以寄存行李！

入住时间必须下午5点以后有点晚，不过可以提前把行李放在屋里；门口那个第二道玻璃门输密码的地方在第一道门外面，开始有点迷茫……

Es hat Alles gepasst

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Er hat mit uns in der Wohnung übernachtet, wir haben ihn aber weder bei der Ankunft noch bei der Abreise gesehen. Kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt. Tipps zum Parken. Unser Zimmer hatte noch einen Kühlschrank. Die Dusche war modern und gut geschlafen haben wir auch. Optimal für eine Übernachtung.

Da es eine Wohnung ist, bei dem zwei Zimmer vermietet werden und der Vermieter selbst noch darin wohnt, ist das Portal meiner Meinung nach nicht richtig gewählt

het appartement is toegankelijk met een code, eenmaal binnen kom je aan een deur die te openen is met sleutels onder mat. met nadruk wordt gemeld slechts 1 sleutel te nemen en tevens de deur dan niet van binnen te sluiten. dat heb ik niet gedaan dwz de deur werd van binnen gesloten, want mijn vrouw voelt zich anders niet veilig, let wel dat eenmaal binnen alle vertrekken toegankelijk zijn. snachts 1 uur krijg ik bericht op whatsapp (niet gezien ik sliep), aan de deur gebeld, dat beantwoord ik niet, dat doe ik thuis ook niet midden in de nacht. Mij lijkt dat hier opzet in het spel is: de verhuurder kan in principe niet weten welke gast eerst komt, er kan 1 sleutel liggen of 2 (als de eerste gast al binnen is dan ligt er maar 1 en zou men mij dienen te melden dat er nog een gast kan komen, niets van dat alles) men weet dus dat de 2de gast na mij komt en komt midden in de nacht. de verhuurder neemt mij dit allemaal erg kwalijk en dreigt met extra kosten omdat hij de 2de gast in een hotel heeft moeten onder brengen. een zaak die NIET voor herhaling vatbaar is. ik verzoek booking.com de extra betaling niet te faciliteren en te stoppen met deze verhuurder

Tappa a Blois comoda

Grande appartamento (credo abitato dal proprietario di solito) con due camere da letto matrimoniali, cucina, soggiorno e un bagno (wc e lavandino doccia divisi, come ho già visto in zona). Terrazzini, un garage comune dove abbiamo potuto parcheggiare le nostre biciclette. Pavimenti in parquet con tappeti (per cui viene chiesto di togliersi le scarpe all’ingresso). Comodo supermercato di fronte (dove si può fare anche colazione) è comodo anche per il centro, raggiungibile con una passeggiata. Il proprietario era sempre veloce nelle risposte alle mie domande (messaggi). Istruzioni molto chiare.

Уютно, тихо, чисто, дружелюбный хозяин, удобная кровать, оснащенная всем необходимым кухня, рядом отличный супермаркет. Отличное соотношение цены и качества! Инструкцию к заселению получили вовремя и проблем попасть в квартиру не было! Жалко у нас было мало дней! Буду смело рекомендовать друзьям! Мы были в курсе, что это комната ( одна из двух), которую сдают . Санузел общий!

Bonne communication, hôte sympathique, serviable, chambre fonctionnelle et propre. Toilettes et douche séparées. A environ 20 minutes à pied de la gare. Quartier calme. Environ 35-40 minutes à pied du centre-ville et du château. Volontiers une autre fois.

Juste une idée : une petite bouteille d'eau serait utile pour les invités qui doivent prendre des pilules.

Хорошая комната, свой холодильник, удобная а Кровать, чистое белье, приятная ванная. Кухня оборудованна:) надеюсь я немного выпила кофе:))) вкусный очень:) Хозяин квартиры был внимателен и небезразличен к моим опасениям, которые опишу в разделе, что не понравилось.

Тут вопрос к вам, уважаемые Booking. Насколько я поняла от хозяина квартиры, вы формируете описание квартиры и у него нет варианта подробно и четко написать, что он предлагает. Так вот, к вашему сведению название локации "с хозяином", написанное на французском, воспринимается исключительно как название, смысл не читается. Мало того, оно на французском, открою секрет, не все знают этот язык. Ваше описание не четкое, не соответствует действительности. Я сделаю вашу работу и опишу предложение за вас. Итак, это квартира с двумя спальнями, гостинной, отдельной кухней, раздельными ванной и туалетом. В ней живет милейший Реда, который сдает комнаты - спальни. То есть у вас ваша отдельная спальня с холодильником, но общие ванная, туалет и кухня, а в гостинной живет хозяин. Как же было легко это описать оказывается!!!! Хватило пары предложений! А теперь представьте, я, мама с ребенком, не понимая это из вашего непонятного описания квартиры, сняла комнату. Прихожу, мне открывает мужчина.... с которым я со своей маленькой дочерью должна переночевать в одной квартире! И, потом мне говорят, что вторую комнату снял еще один мужчина. Комнаты конечно закрываются на замок.... но смешной замок... как вы себе это видете???? Хорошо, что потом Реда уехал, а вместо мужчины заселилась невероятно милая бабушка, но вы, своим непонятным, нечетким описанием подвергли меня и мою дочь риску. Стоимость не возвращается, оплата вперед... Это как минимум непрофессионально. Еще прошу обратить внимание, на фото квартиры есть гостинная, это фото тут не нужно, гостинной пользоваться нельзя. Это не проблема абсолютно, просто маркетинг хромает...

Pas moyen de faire fonctionner la télévision. Les photos présentaient un salon auquel nous n'avions pas accès. Il n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce que la cuisine, la salle de bain et les WC étaient en commun. Cependant, nous recommandons cette chambre pour son emplacement et son rapport qualité prix.
