Close to casino, ktchenette.

1. Location is not good, overhanging tree needs trim as limb 2" diameter limb nearly struck me. 2. FURNITURE SHOT. Sofa uncomfortable cushion worn out, upholstered chair filthy, stained, pillows need replacement, lacking decent kitchen utensils and has plastic plates? REALLY?? 3.EXTREMELY LOUD GUESTS SATURDAY TO SUNDAY NIGHT, 6 PEOPLE IN ROOM TWO. Security lock codes a joke. One Passcode you know all room codes. Just add 1 from room 1 to each room. RANDOMIZE. Bad neighborhood. Watered down detergent in kitchen, when first occupied had to wash all dishes as dishes unclean and wet when stacked in cupboard by housekeeping. Bacterial contamination potential high.

PICTURES ARE NOT OF YOUR UNIT!

There is a side yard well-suited for dogs and the location is very close to a major street. Also, the neighborhood is relatively quiet, with minimal traffic.

The room was falsely advertised as a one BEDROOM, when, in fact, it is ONE ROOM and less than 150 sq. ft. - that was the most disappointing flaw. The pictures featured in the listing are NOT of the unit you will receive, and I saw no unit that could possibly resemble them when we got there.e Additionally, the rooms are all separated by doors connecting all of the adjoining rooms. On top of that, the doors are hollow and the walls are paper thin - you can hear EVERYTHING in each of your adjacent neighbors units. There was a sizable mud swamp in front of the unit that kept getting worse each time the cleaning crew pulled up and parked in the same spot, ignorantly. Finally, the staff are unavailable and rude. They are a management company that manages several other properties and this one is no different - once they have your money, good luck...
