Amazing place, but hidden fees

Amazing location, 1 min to the beach, which is also clean and great for swimming. 2 beach chairs are included. Umbrella costs reasonable extra $20. The apartment is new, clean, spotless. There are all the appliances you need as well as dishes and cutlery. Seaside view from the balcony. Nice rooftop pool and bar. Beach towels are also included as well as some kids toys you can borrow for the beach. Overall, great place to stay for up to 6 people. Super nice and responsive host. However…

Alert for hidden fees. At the moment you finalize your non refundable booking , you get a message from the host saying something like “in case you missed the fine print, there will be extra charges of $50 one time and $35 per day of staying.” Yes, you pay them at the location during the check in. So, the price you see at the Booking.com isn’t final. It’s disgusting and ruins the trust in Booking. You really need to include it in the price.

The cafe in the building was lovely. The view off the balcony was great especially being able to watch the wind and weather off the beach.

Unfortunately our week coincided with the record setting rainfall and our sunshine was very limited.

Great stay

Most comfy bed ever. The room was clean and roomy and spacious.. Very convenient location, restaurants and activities close by. It was a very nice stay and the staff was wonderful and the host very responsive.

My complaint really of the room were the televisions, none were smart tvs and very outdated. The stay was wonderful just not sure it was worth that price along with the added fees once you arrive along with parking. I had the impression that it was right on the beach but it was close enough literally a 2 minute walk.

We absolutely loved this property for our family of 3 and 2 furry friends. Great space , very open and beautiful view!

We reserved fir 6 people. There were only 4 pillows and five towels for a 6 days stay. We requested for more towels and a pillow. But we never received anything
