Condo is conveniently located on the bay side of Ocean Dr and walking distance from the one-of-a-kind Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Named one of America's Best Beach Boardwalks by Travel + Leisure magazine. Close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Monthly rental. Small building application must be filled. Super Host status. Reference available upon request
The space
You have to your disposition a fully furnished kitchen, Master Bedroom, second bedroom, open space living area and two bathrooms. The living room gives access to the balcony with a gorgeous view on the bay. The bedrooms are very large and spacious, each with its own closet. The unit is designed into a Split-Bedroom style unit which provides guests with increased privacy and tranquility.
Guest access
Enjoy the day swimming at the pool and have a cookout with you breathtaking views of the bay. Great amenities such as gym, pool, laundry, city parking across the street, and one assigned parking spot.
We are very well located only 20 minutes from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports and cities. There are multiple shops, restaurants, and entertainment at a walking distance.
