Lake was beautifull, animals come to visit and the kids enjoyed that. Good beds.

Location was good. Lots of stores, restaurants, and businesses nearby. Property was easy to find. Driveway parking was directly in front of prperty. Neighborhood seemed safe. Size of unit was large. Easy to enter unit.

I arrived at this unit after a long day of travel and contacted Booking.com immediately upon arrival due to serious issues with cleanliness, safety, and habitability. The first red flag was the garbage cans in the driveway, which were filled to the brim with trash bags. While the exterior appeared acceptable, the interior was an entirely different story. The unit was extremely dirty and unsanitary. The refrigerator contained visible mold, the bathrooms were in unacceptable condition, and the master bedroom sheets were visibly dirty. There were bugs nesting on the ceiling, an uncovered trash can in a tropical environment, filthy walls, grime and hair inside a dresser drawer, damaged furniture, air vents caked with dust and grime, and dirty surfaces throughout the unit. Beyond cleanliness, there were significant safety and maintenance concerns. The main door did not seal properly, had visible air gaps, and did not feel secure. Windows were cracked, poorly sealed, and falling apart, with broken and filthy blinds. The kitchen was deteriorating, and the overall condition suggested long-term neglect. I was forced to stay one night because I did not feel safe leaving the unit in the middle of the night. During that time, noise from the occupants next door was extremely loud and disruptive, waking me multiple times. The property was not accurately represented in the listing, which advertised the space as a “villa.” Despite reporting the issues immediately and providing all requested documentation multiple times, the resolution did not reflect the severity of the conditions or the impact on my stay during a work trip. I would not recommend this property unless substantial improvements are made to cleaning, maintenance, safety, and listing accuracy.

The house was clean. The host was communicative all of the time. The location is great. The lake front is amazing, with great view! We really liked taking the kayaks to the water right from the porch!

The stay was AMAZING! Everything looked the same as it does in the pictures. Maggie, the host, was easy to communicate with and always available to help with any issues. This stay is highly recommended!

Nothing

Everything was great, we easily keyed in with the code and the house was exactly like the photos. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but very close to all the stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the lake and used the kayaks provided to row on the lake with the kids and had a blast!

The location was great, the lake view was amazing, the amenities were good as well.
