Not worth the stay

The owners who I never met were nice when I did speak to them over messages. It was spacious but other then that, absolutely nothing special.

For starters, I was asked to put down $100 for security deposit just before I was about to arrive which was not stated in the properties description. When I did arrive, I noticed the place didn't look like the pics I'd had seen in the description. It smelled funny, especially the sheets on the bed. The bathroom had a funky odor as well & the shower wasn't very clean either. The floors were dirty, the dishes had spots of dried up food on them & there weren't a lot of pots/pans/cutlery to cool with. Two tvs in the living room yet only one worked & it was small. I don't recommend staying there at all but if you're going too, do so for only a night or two, definitely nothing more then that.

Everything was dirty . The room is extremely tiny & there was what felt like sand all over the floor. The bathroom was disgusting , the stand up bath curtain is full of GUNK. The back door has a hole in it and there’s rat droppings. This is DIRECTLY in front of a busy street. There’s nothing “Cozy or Private” not to mention it is not an apartment it is a hole in the street.

Parking

Dead roaches on the floor, the bed was hard as a rock. We originally booked that said the couch was a pull out. They messaged us the day of check in and said three people wouldn’t fit but they could upgrade us at no additional charge and we would still be close to where we originally booked. The place we got was gross. The couch did not pull out and was hard as a rock just like the bed. The plastic chairs were also not comfortable and the only trashcan in the place was in the bathroom.

It was the perfect location for the purpose of our stay. Very clean and comfortable. And parking, which for Hollywood, a lot of places don’t have free parking.5 miles from the beaches, and Hard Rock casino. Price was great! I highly recommend.

I think the only thing I didn’t like would be the bathroom only had a shower and not a tub/shower. But it wasn’t that big of a deal.

close to everything, extremely small

the distance from everything was great! the staff was great on directions on getting into the apartment.

the property kinda seemed not in the greatest nieghborhood, the microwave and range had rust on it, the shower floor seemed dirty. i was up and down constant checking on things. i did not see a smoke alarm at all. the bathroom is like a closet size. this would be good for a single person but no more than that.
