About this house rental
Very modern townhouse with fantastic views close to beach and town Casa Levante is a terraced house completed in 2021 with modern furnishings and all comforts. On the ground floor there is the living room with dining area and the large fantastically furnished kitchen as well as a guest toilet. On the first floor are the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning (cold and hot) so that the house can be used all year round. There is space on the property to park a small or medium sized car, but in the low season there is plenty of parking on the doorstep. There are terraces both in front of the house and behind it, so you will always find the right sunny or shady spot. The most beautiful spot is the private roof terrace with fantastic sea views all the way to the Trafalgar lighthouse and, on a clear day, all the way to the coast of Africa. The location of Casa Levante could not be better: It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach or the centre of Conil.

Casa Levante is an excellent property, located only 5mins walk from the beach or the town of Conil. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival. The extensive exterior communal space is a bonus - we saw wonderful sunrises and sunsets from the roof terrace. Bedrooms were a good size and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Parking was ok, some days it was very busy on the road outside but the property has a private space for a small/medium sized car. We used the regional guide provided by Casa De La Luz and had a wonderful week in the sun!
