Modern and new townhouse in Conil with sea views, air condition and wifi, for 2-4 persons Modern and bright townhouse with beautiful sea views from its upper terrace. Casa Javi is for 4 people, located in a very quiet area but close to the centre of Conil. It is fully equipped to offer comfort and convenience, with air conditioning, smart tv, internet access, beautiful furnished terrace with sea views.
Details:
On the ground floor are the two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (1,50 wide) and another with two single beds (80cm). Both bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. Next to the bedrooms there is a modern bathroom with shower.
The first floor is equipped with a toilet, a modern kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (filter), toaster, kettle, and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
Living-dining room with smart tv with Spanish and international programmes via SAT, air conditioning, wifi, dining table with chairs and a sofa bed (for 1 adult or 2 children, 1,40 wide).
On the first floor we find the terrace equipped with garden table and chairs, awning to protect from the sun and hammocks to enjoy the sea views.
The house has 2 comfortable staircases to access the first floor and the terrace. There is also a washing machine on the upper floor. The area is generally very quiet.
