About this house rental
Modern and new townhouse in Conil with sea views, air condition and wifi, for 2-4 persons Casa Las Manuelas is a modern and light-flooded townhouse with fabulous sea views from the private roof terrace. It is suitable for 2-3 persons (also 2 adults and 2 children possible). The house is located on a small road without traffic, but still close to the center and the beach. It offers every conceivable comfort - with two air conditioners, wireless internet, Smart TV and a beautifully furnished terrace with sea views.

1 bedroom with double bed (1.50 wide), fitted wardrobe, air conditioning
Bathroom with shower on the 1st floor and another, small bathroom on the ground floor
Living room with dining area: here there is a sofa bed for 1-2 persons (1.40 cm wide), TV with span. And international satellite programs, dining table with chairs, air conditioning
Kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all other necessary kitchen utensils
Terrace with table and chairs, shaded awning and sun loungers to enjoy the great sea view
The townhouse has 2 comfortable stairs that reach the first floor and the roof terrace. There is a washing machine in an extra compartment.
From July 1st to September 30th it may be possible to include a private parking space for a normal car (it is not a covered parking space, it is on the surface). This garage space has an additional supplement of EUR 10 per day. Please contact us if you wish to include it in your reservation and we will infor you if it is still available.

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in Conil verbracht. Das Casa Manuela ist traumhaft. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig. Das Haus ist extrem sauber. Es ist zwar nur 54 m'2 groß, aber jeder cm ist mega gut durchdacht. Das highlight ist die Dachterrasse, Hier kann man auch nachts sitzen und es sich gut gehen lassen.
Winziger Kritikpunkt: das Haus ist sehr schwer zu finden. Wie haben es erst durch Unterstützung einer Nachbarin gefunden. Hier wäre ein kleines Hinweisschild sinnvoll. Wir haben uns immer selber einen Parkplatz gesucht, um die 10€ Parkplatzgebühren zu sparen. Da haben wir gerne einen kleinen Fußmarsch in Kauf genommen. Einen Parkplatz unmittelbar vor der Tür zu finden ist schwierig.
