Beautiful renovated townhouse with sea views from the roof terrace In a small side street in the old town stands our holiday home, Casa Vistalmar. Completely renovated with great attention to detail, Casa Vistalmar combines southern Spanish charm with modern comfort. From the large private roof terrace there is a fantastic view over the white Moorish houses toward the beach and the Atlantic. The house is arranged over two levels and welcomes its guests with an open, light-filled design. The ground-floor bedroom has 2 single beds that can be used either as a large double bed (1.8 m x 2 m) or as 2 single beds. It includes a comfortable en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there is an open, spacious living and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to enjoy cooking. A coffee maker, toaster and microwave are also provided. The HD TV in the living room receives German channels via satellite. On this floor there is also a second, roomy bedroom with a double bed (1.8 m x 2 m), also with an en-suite bathroom. From the living and kitchen area a staircase leads to the castillete with a washing machine and a practical sink, with access to the large roof terrace. The 45 m² roof terrace is furnished with a dining area, a cosy lounge, an outdoor shower and an electric grill. In January 2020 a shading pergola was installed. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided, but not beach towels. All rooms have air conditioning with cooling and heating functions. The bathrooms have towel radiators and underfloor heating (for the winter months). Hot water is produced by solar panels. Free Wi‑Fi is available in all rooms. A garage space can be rented for €10 / night. The parking space is in an underground garage, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The space is not suitable for very large cars. The ground and first floors are connected by an open staircase, so the house is not recommended for small children.
