modern townhouse with seaview-terrace, for 4 persons, with a/c and wifi, in the centre of Conil If you are looking for an modern and comfortable town house in the middle of Conil's old town, this holiday
apartment / townhouse is the right choice for a family of four. The light, modern décor and the floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor and the skylight in the staircase give a bright, modern impression. There are many architecturally interesting details such as the lightwell, which runs from the skylight in the bedroom to the room divider in the kitchen and then ends on the roof terrace in a glass table
To the details:
Two bedrooms (facing the courtyard) on the ground floor: one with 2 single beds and one with small double bed. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
2 bathrooms with shower. Both bathrooms are marble-clad, one of the washbasins is built from an antique table.
On the first floor is the living room with a large sofa, dining table with chairs and a flat screen TV with international satellite programs, DVD player, air conditioning, child safety for the stairs
Kitchen with high quality appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer combination,
Microwave, oven, ceramic hob and all necessary kitchen utensils
Roof terrace with sea view and view over the hills of Conil to the other side, with chairs, table and sun loungers, Electric griddle. New: there is a large pergola
a small street called Magallanes is leading to the house, which has been built as a pedestrian path and ends in a small courtyard. Just on the other side of the house is a busy one-way street.
Small shops, a bakery, restaurants etc. can be reached in a few minutes by foot.
The long sandy beach "Los Bateles" is about 700 meters away

It's a great house close to the beach and town both are easy walking distance. Supermarket and everything you need close by.
The terrace is lovely with great views and perfect for a day when you don't want to go to the beach.
The kitchen has everything you need and worked well.
It is noisy from the road though. It's not a very busy road but there are so many noisy motorcycles in Conil that it does make it noisy. Saying that we slept OK.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and we could not open some of the bathroom windows which made the bedroom stuffy as there is no window in the bedroom with a double bed.

Wir (zwei Erw.) haben mit dem Casa Magallanes im Juni 2022 eine tolle Unterkunft in optimaler Lage in Conil vorgefunden.
Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Besonders die Küchenausstattung, sowohl was techn. Geräte, aber auch die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Küchenwerkzeugen betrifft, war hervorragend.
Die Dachterrasse ist ein weiteres Highlight, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und Sicht bis nach Marokko.
Dass es zu ein wenig Verkehrslärm von der an das Haus grenzenden Straße kommt ist halt eben so. Dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein, wenn man andererseits die wirklich hervorrragende fußläufige Nähe zur City usw. schätzt.
In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man sowohl das Ortszentrum mit vielen Lädchen und Gastronomiebetrieben als auch, oberhalb des Hauses gelegen, eine Ansiedlung vielfältiger Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Besonders der "Mercado de Abastos" bietet eine Vielfalt an frischen Produkten. Fleisch, Fisch, Obst und Gemüse so weit das Auge reicht.
Sofern es die künftigen Möglichkeiten erlauben würden wir jederzeit gerne wieder dieses Objekt anmieten.

Ein wunderschönes, helles und sehr sauberes Haus mit einer tollen Dachterasse in einer schönen Lage. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich! Der einzige Nachteil kann sein, dass es manchmal bezüglich des Strassenverkehrs laut ist.

Wir waren sehr angetan von der für uns guten Lage der Wohnung. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut und man konnte abends auf kurzem Wege noch einmal durch die Stadt bummeln und die vielen Tapas Bars besuchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig und individuell eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr gepflegt! Die Dachterrasse mit Sonnen- und Windschutz ist hervorragend fürs Frühstück und sundowner geeignet. Als einziger Nachteil ist zu erwähnen, dass die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sehr hellhörig sind. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt!
