About this house rental
Blackbird is named after the the Beatles song Blackbird. A modern black and white farmhouse with personality. Clean and crisp elements that will inspire that saying less is more! Amazing for large family gatherings or group trips. All 6 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which makes the homes even more special for every guest. Enjoy your own golf cart to drive around the beach communities or to the pool or private beach just a few blocks away. Relax, Laugh, and Make amazing Memories!
We offer concierge services for all our guests so we are here to help you plan and make your trip everything you vision.
1. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules which are the sole responsibility of the guest.
2. Maximum Occupancy: The Maximum number of guests in the home is limited to 16 Persons unless approved by the owner.
3. Additional overnight guests are not allowed without the expressed written agreement of owners and may be subject to an additional per-person rental fee.
4. Please be aware that this is not a “PARTY HOUSE.” Please enjoy yourself, create wonderful memories, and take care of the home we love.
5. SMOKING/VAPING allowed outside only. Please dispose of all cigarette butts.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If you should move anything around please put it back where it was.
7. We try to maintain an immaculate home for you to enjoy. To keep the carpets and floors clean and free from tons of sand, we ask that you remove your shoes before entering.
8. Please be respectful of our neighbor’s peace and quiet.
9. Everything in the home is available for your use. Please take care of our fun things for you to enjoy and please return them where they belong before you leave. 10. The home is privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
11. Beachwalk community requires you to pay for parking each car is $10.00. Please inform us how many cars will be coming and we will charge you the fee and leave the parking passes on the kitchen island for when you arrive. Passes must be in the cars or your cars could be towed.
12. Wristbands are sold for $20.00 a person. That includes the use of tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball, splash pad, swimming pool, wading pool for toddlers, bicycle rentals, playground, stock 25-acre lake kai, clubhouse with pool and ping pong table, activity center with bocci and shuffleboard courts, paddle boards, and kayaks. 5 miles of uninterrupted Lake Michigan Beach to explore.
