This property was definitely a 5 STAR . Kathy and Ray were excellent hosts . This home is so welcoming, clean and comfortable. It is stocked with everything you would ever need to cook or bake. The backyard is an oasis…Plenty of loungers , chairs and the saltwater poor is fantastic. We enjoyed every aspect of this house and are hoping to return next year.Thank you Kathy and Ray for everything.

We stayed at Kathy’s house for the month of March 2025. It’s been lovingly and beautifully renovated. A lovely quiet neighborhood close to both the ocean or river. We had brought along items that are often missing from rentals but everything you could possibly need was there. Our reason for choosing this property was the heated pool.The only reason we don’t give it a 5 star rating is because there were some pool issues that were rectified in a reasonably timely fashion but of our 31 days there we were 9 days without use of the pool. Otherwise the property, location and amenities were great.
