Enjoy this clean & newly renovated Mid-century home as your private paradise just 300 steps from undeveloped Ormond-by-the-Sea Beach. This highly rated vacation spot has so much to offer! Your private, shaded, fenced yard is only six houses from untouched beaches off the Scenic Highway of A1A. Ride the waves or sink your toes in the warm sand on the wide, unpopulated beach. Stroll in the early hours or at dusk to spot sea turtles nesting! You’re so close with easy access directly at the end of our street, which also borders Michael Crotty Bicentennial Park!
This hide-away comfortably sleeps 6 with two queen bedrooms, one with a TV, and an Air-dream inflatable sleeper sofa mattress tucked into the leather living room sectional.
In the family room there is a desk work area with high-speed Internet. Relax on the couch or lounge chair to watch TV or game. If you prefer, you can use a third, mobile 50" flat-screen for living room movie night with the fold-out queen bed!
We have two full bathrooms and a one-car garage with a new washer and dryer.
The private, fenced yard has a lovely patio, with a gas grill, a table for four with an umbrella and a lounge chair for tanning or peaceful napping!
This home has been recently renovated with an entirely new kitchen, appliances and cabinets, which are stocked with all the basics: spices, Zip-locks, coffee & filters, paper towels, soaps, etc. We want you to be able to pack light and enjoy yourselves.
Enjoy the wildlife or take your dog to the large, fenced dog park; Bicentennial Park spans a quarter mile from the Intercoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean. Here, guests can enjoy untouched Florida. Canoe with the dolphins on the Halifax River. Play tennis/racquetball, visit the playground or relax at a table under one of the pavilions high over the dunes for a lovely beach view. Use our beach cruiser (3) bikes to ride a mile or less to Publix Supermarket, restaurants, ice cream or the local produce stand. Dine or shop in downtown historic Ormond, just three miles south, where Rockefeller vacationed! Then relax by a the copper fire pit in your privately fenced yard!
