A great firepit, and charcoal grill. Renovated house, throughout! Fully equipped Kitchen, spices, dishwasher, separate charming Dining Room and Breakfast Bar. Plush mattresses on all beds, ceiling fans in every room and desk for business. Living Room L-Shaped Couch. Reliable Internet access and desk for office work. T.V. with Firestick, Stereo system with C.D.'s, that sits atop a working electric fireplace. Washer/Dryer. Up to 6 guests can enjoy the property. We have toys, books and games for kids. AGE REQUIREMENT FOR YOUNG ADULT GROUPS IS 26 AND UP, HOWEVER FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS ARE WELCOME TO BOOK! Fully enclosed garage. Great location for everything and quiet neighborhood plus the beach wasnt but a few minutes walk from the house Cant wait to come back for another family vacation

We had a great stay over the 4th of July weekend here. Communication with Marylin was fantastic all the way through the process. Check in was a breeze and the property was exactly what we were looking for. We had my significant other and two teenagers as well as my mother with us and everyone had a great time. The location was a very short walk to the beach and the outside shower at the house was such a nice convenience for afterwards. The house was just what we needed with space for everyone to do their own thing when they wanted and space for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and fit our needs perfectly. I highly recommend this property if you are at all on the fence. Nice quiet neighborhood, shopping and restaurants close by, and an easy walk to the beach. Can't wait to visit again!

Great place with a comfortable bed. Was able to store Jeep top and doors for Jeep Beach.
