Welcome to our Ocean side home. We love our condo for its stunning ocean views and quiet convenience. There is nothing you need to leave for. You can wake up to the sun shining in from the balcony or the bedrooms.
Our newly updated 3rd floor unit gives you an un-obstructed view while feeling completely in touch with the ocean, red sand, and warm breeze. The north side of the beach is a “no drive” beach. Best of all you get the family setting without having to tote all your beach gear across busy A1A. The property has a pool on site, small grilling area, and a grassy area for the kids to play on. The unit has all the conveniences of “your home” including coin operated washer & dryer on each floor. There is a dishwasher, stove, fridge, cable, internet etc… Conveniently located near a Publix grocery store and local restaurants. If you feel like traveling, hop on Granada Blvd to get to all the conveniences.

We love Ormond Beach and vacation here usually twice a year. We decided to try a new spot and we were not disappointed! Beautiful condo, well cared for, has everything you need, with an amazing ocean view from the private balcony. Incredible view of the sunrise. The one thing I’d suggest for the 2nd bedroom is new mattresses. Those mattresses were quite firm. The master bed was comfortable.

Awesome place to stay! Very neat and clean.This condo is nicely furnished with welcoming touches and lovely decor throughout. So well stocked with everything you’ll need. Just like being in your own home.There is a full view of the beach from the living room and both bedrooms. It was great to watch the sunrise from the balcony while sitting on sturdy, comfortable patio furniture.Great pool area and just steps from the beach.The property itself is very well maintained and we felt safe. Friendly residents, great property manager and grounds keeper. Communication was great with Idena and Jeff. Check in/out was easy. Thanks for a great stay!We would choose this condo again.

Overall stay was good the condo was nice great ocean and beach view, at first we were given the wrong door code to get in to the building and having only 3 towels and wash rags was not what I expected for a week stay especially when you don’t have a washer dryer in the condo, would stay there again
