We had a great stay at the penthouse and with the gorgeous view, though the weather wasn't for the best.

This is a wonderful, quiet property. The enclosed patio has a view of the beach, and the club room on the same floor overlooks the beach. It is comfortable and convenient. There is a reserved parking space in the building garage, but no directions to find it, and the mattresses are covered with thick memory foam -- my wife slept on the sofa.

Please do not believe the listing- there is no balcony in this unit. Patio or sunroom woth windows- yes. Balcony- no. Other than this, was a nice visit- great view, comfy beds & plenty of space.
