Everything as advertised and host communication great. Great location and friendly neighborhood. It was great to have a two car garage and a gas grill. Extras too many to list.

My husband & I are snowbirds from WI. We really loved Judy's place. Especially the covered patio that we used every day. The attached garage and first floor living was what we needed. The owner is easy to work with. Everything is as pictured.

Lovely home. Enjoyed being near the beach and in such a friendly neighborhood. Judy was a great host, quickly resolving any concern or question. The bed was extremely comfortable! Would rent again.
