Lovely warm appartment in good location.

Location was very good, shops nearby, easy walk to the station.

The location of the keys. The letterbox in which the key box was close to the floor. You had to kneel on the tiled floor, reach into the back and put in the code on a swivelling dial. Very difficult! That was my main problem , the youngsters managed it eventually!

Perfect for our Disneyland Paris Trip

Great Location and Nice Surrounding Area/Community, Peaceful and Private, Lovely Terrace, Clear Instructions for Self Check-in, Accessible with a Lift, Private Secure Parking Spaces in the Carpark which is also accessible via the lift, Facilities Nearby, Spacious, Comfortable and Clean!

Everything was amazing, although there are 2 bathrooms for a shower & bath there is only 1 toilet which is separate but this was not a problem at all for a short stay with family.

Clean, comfortable and ideal for disney.

The location was fabulous, quiet with a lovely bakery up the street and a small supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is spotless with all the facilities anyone could need. There are 2 bedrooms each with a a large bed and the host had provided a camp bed also for us. The sofabed in the living room is massive, definetly could be used as a double and was very comfortable. The apartment was warm and cosy, perfect to come back to after a day at disney! We travelled by uber to disney mostly and for an uber XL(6 of us) it worked out around 16euro. It was easy to access the key, the host provided videos which were great!

We had a wonderful weekend visiting Disneyland and relaxing in this lovely apartment.

The property was lovely, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of opportunities in the immediate area for eating and grocery shopping.

Fabulous space and location

The size of the apartment was perfect. We especially loved the electric shutters and how dark the rooms were at night. The amount of cutlery and cups was great. It was clean and it was cosy. Location was great too. The owners were also very helpful.

The toilet could do with having a sink in it or moving the toilet into the large bathroom. The cushions/pillows weren't that comfortable, we found 2 pillows in the drawers but wasn't enough for all of us and they didnt have pillows covers. The light switches for the bathrooms didnt work, you can only turn them off by the main switch at the entrance to the apartment which made it abit awkward, also no drawers or wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom, instead of the spare bed, there could be some drawers instead.

Absolutely amazing stay in August 2025 - would HIGHLY recommended 🫶🏼

I honestly cannot recommend this apartment enough. We stayed to visit Disneyland Paris. The apartment was in the perfect location, it’s a 3/4 minute walk from the strain station and one stop to get to DLP. There are 2 supermarkets and a beautiful bakery within seconds of leaving the apartment. The photos displayed on booking.com are an exact replica of the apartment, the place couldn’t have been cleaner, there was a lovely smell and there was touches like the notebook guests can write in, lovely decor to make this feel like a home away from home. Fany sent detailed videos on how to access the building which couldn’t have been clearer. We had a minor issue during our stay (which was nothing of the hosts fault) but she was so quick to respond and help us with this. Please do consider booking this apartment it’s more than 10/10. Thank you again for having us, we can’t wait to come back x

A comfortable and enjoyable stay that perfectly matched our expectations — highly recommended!

The property was well-equipped with all essential kitchen appliances, toiletries, a washing machine, and fans. It was also exceptionally clean. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit Disneyland—just a short distance away (one-stop away by train). The neighbourhood felt very safe, and our children made many new friends with whom they enjoyed playing football in the garden downstairs. After two exciting days at Disneyland, they always insisted on returning early just so they could spend more time with their new friends. Shops, a supermarket, and the train station are all within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Perfect for our family trip

Spotless clean, very cosy and comfortable. Located in a safe area with everything you need within 5-8 minutes walking distance. Bonus is the parking spot in a safe garage, located in the property. The communication was also great and given instructions easy to follow. Perfect stay for our Disneyland trip. We’ll be back.

Exceptionally clean, well situated and gorgeous wee flat with a fantastic host.

This gorgeous little flat is in a perfect location for Disneyland or if you prefer to stay outwith the hustle and bustle of the Capital. You can get to Paris in 35 mins via the train which is about a 3 minute walk from the flat. The flat was extremely clean and had everything you need whether it be a short or longer stay. The hosts instructions and comms during our stay were fantastic also. Highly recommend!

Only downside was no air con but not the ownsers fault. It was unprecedentedly hot during our stay peaking at 38 degrees but plenty of fans which were a god send!

The apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean. The location was excellent with lots of local amenities and within walking distance from the train station. The host was very friendly and sent us messages asking if our stay was satisfactory which was nice.

PERFECT

Everything was perfect for the apartment the host was the best when we needed her she always was there on point and everything the cleaning when we came in spectacular and everything was more than we asked for exceeded our expectations the coffee machine didnt work and we got in touch with the host and she changed it with 20mins and she even explained where everything is around the city with the direction from the apartment 8min walk to the mall and the disney was 20mins walk from the apartment

The apartment is located close to the metro link to Euro disney and to Paris. There are lots of nearby shops and places to eat. Secure inclusive car parking also a plus.

Family Visit to Disneyland/Central Paris

Received a very friendly welcome from Emilie. The apartment had everything we could need, and very well kitted out for our young baby. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Location was perfect, a short walk to the train station and shopping centre. Could reach the centre of Paris and Disneyland very easily and cheaply.

Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Lage zum Disneyland Paris.

Top-Lage, wenn man ins Disneyland möchte. Der RER-Bahnhof befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, so dass auch ein Abstecher nach Paris kein Problem ist (ca. 50 min Fahrzeit). Die Wohnung ist mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet, egal ob mit Geschirr, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier - es musste nichts dazugekauft werden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war perfekt und freundlich. Danke für alles!

Pas chauffer et pas de climatisation pour pouvoir chauffer non plus

C’était propre mais il y’avait des cheveux dans les salles de bains éviter le mois d’octobre car il y’a pas de chauffage

Il a fait très froid ma fille était déjà malade et il y’avait pas de chauffage la propriétaire m’a dit que c’était la ville qui décidait quand il allumerai le chauffage sachant qu’on et au mois d’octobre donc mon 2eme enfant a attrapé une angine parce on a du se laver et dormir dans la froid

Un lugar mágico

La casa es un auténtico capricho. Muy cerca de la estación de Rer, y a una parada de Disney. También bien comunicado para llegar al aeropuerto. El barrio muy limpio y tranquilo con varias opciones cerca para hacer la compra. La casa muy cómoda para 7 personas, decorada con mucho gusto y muy nueva. La cocina muy bien equipada y las camas super cómodas.

Que solo tiene un inodoro. También he echado en falta que la habitación triple tuviera un sillón o una cómoda donde colocar la maleta o la ropa.
