Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean. Has a modern, stylish vibe and cute amenities (like classes and tours). Bed was very comfortable.
Not sure why this is rated a 4 star hotel -- it's clean and stylish but not a high-end experience at all. Also, I asked in the messages if I could have an extra blanket (one night stay), and they replied that it would be an extra $20! Someone walked around the hotel at 11:15 knocking on doors telling people that check-out is at 11, if you stay until 11:30 you will be charged. We were checking out anyway, but I thought that was odd -- tell people the night before (during check-in) what your policies are -- running around knocking on doors doesn't really sound like a "4-star" hotel.

Room design not good - nowhere to open luggage! Ok if travelling with carry-on only!
