Free Parking Cozy 1BR in Gaslamp Conv Center

The apartment is located in the heart of the Gaslamp district, is comfortably furnished, has an equipped kitchen, and includes free parking in a garage just one block down. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a queen size bed and the sofa in the living room converts into a full size bed. When figuring out the sofa bed, we also discovered that the oversized leg rest/padded bench (in front of the couch) can unfold into a one-person bed. The main room has large windows that face the street, and overlooked a shared balcony that can be accessed from a door outside of the apartment. Street noise was reasonable and there were no loud bars on that block. It's an older building, but appears to be well cared-for. In short, the apartment is well located and is very reasonably priced when you allow for the inclusion of free parking. For full disclosure, please note that the bedroom on our unit has no windows but there are plenty of fans and the AC from the main room had no trouble reaching the bedroom. The window in the bathroom opens, but not the windows in the main room that overlooks the street.

It would be nice to have a window in the bedroom.
