Very centrally located, spacious and clean
There were offices in the same building so we did have noise on weekdays from the rooms above us

The apartment is a perfect mix old and modern. Very safe, nice and convenient location. The best part is the owner Benoit. We had an incident which he went above and beyond to rectify. He is a very kind and caring person. I highly recommend this rental, you will not be disappointed.
Maybe a few more towels would be helpful.

Location was perfect. Host was amazing and it was easy to collect the keys. Easy to communicate with hosts throughout our stay. It was nice to have a washing machine and dryer.
There was a heatwave in Paris and the air conditioning provided was ok but one bedroom did not have air conditioner. Inspite of there being 2 AC's in the property it still was very hot. Might need an upgrade considering how hot it is getting every year.
