Champs-Élysées Montaigne luxe

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, just 3 mins walk from the Roosevelt metro, next to Champs Elysees, 25 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is located in the impressive town house and it is very spacious and modern. The hosts were very responsive - they had forgotten to provide us with the baby cot, but brought it in immediately after we contacted them. All in all, a very convenient place to stay for a few days of visiting Paris.

- the shower is really dirty and moldy, and because the drain wasnt well cleaned and maintained, now the water stays in the cabin for a long time before draining, so when you open the shower door there is flooding on the bathroom floor; - the apartment is rather scarcely furnished: not a single hanger for the jackets or a cupboard in the living room/bedroom, no bin in the bathroom - it wouldnt be difficult to add these few little things that would be very useful for guests; - be aware that the door between the living room and the bedroom is made of glass and does not fit the frame completely, so even if there are also curtains to close behind the door, you can still hear everything between living room/bedroom; - I understand that the apartment is self catered but I really expected to have at least some toilet paper provided...:). Also, no bed linen whatsoever came with the baby cot and there was not a single spare blanket in the apartment, which was a bit disappointing.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, a pochi passi da Champs-Élysées. La sicurezza dell'appartamento, il palazzo ha un suo sistema di sorveglianza. L'assoluto silenzio dell appartamento. L'appartamento era ampio. Vicino c'è un parcheggio a pagamento al prezzo di 42€ al giorno. La metro è vicina e comoda. L'ingresso è da grand Hotel

Non mi è piaciuta molto la porticina d'ingresso all'appartamento...ma questo non si può migliorare.

Host was responsive in resolving any queries and met me at the property. Property was lovely and location perfect.
